Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of December, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a cemetery, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Buller as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station, subject to the leasehold estate or interest created therein by Memorandum of Lease to Edwin Meyer, of Ngongotaha, Settler, dated the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, as number 16361; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
