Notice of Intention to take Land in Block V, Rotoiti Survey District, for a Pumice-pit.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a pumice-pit: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Okere Falls and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken:
2 roods 21·9 perches.
Being part Section 27, Block V, Rotoiti Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30582.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 10621, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Notice of Intention to take Land in the City of Wanganui for Housing Purposes.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 32 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of houses—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Wanganui and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a Native school: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Ruatoria and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109370, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
