Alfred William Herman Leaman,
John Graham McPherson,
Archibald Stocker, and
Prince Albert Barnes
to be the Spotswood Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Spotswood Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
SPOTSWOOD DOMAIN.—CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 14 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Reserves Nos. 3157, 3714, and 3851 (in red), Spotswood Village, situate in Block IV, Cheviot Survey District.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 21.9 perches, more or less, being part of Section 70, Village of Spotswood, and being all the land comprised in the Certificate of Title, Volume 275, folio 150, Christchurch Registry.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1940.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Edward Knowles Cameron,
Edwin Dixon,
John Alfred Duffill,
John Bryson Murdoch,
Frederick William Sutton, and
William Malcolm Thomson
to be the Ohawe Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at four o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the office of the Secretary, Princes Street, Hawera, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Recreation Reserve in Southland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of November, 1940.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Mataura Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Mataura Domain Board.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 6 and 7, Block VI, Town of Mataura : Area, 2 roods, more or less.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette of the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 2812, Herbert Tate and Charles Hodge were licensed to occupy a portion of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Miranda. Firth of Thames :
And whereas, on the third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, with the consent of the Minister of Marine, the license was transferred to the Miranda Shell Lime Company, Limited, hereinafter called the "company" :
And whereas the company has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the fourteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, as from the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

Licensing Allan Edward Insley to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore of Cowes Bay, Waiheke Island, as a Site for a Wharf, and prescribing Dues and Rates for the Use of such Wharf.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of November, 1940.

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit Allan Edward Insley, of Cowes Bay (hereinafter called "the licensee," which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark of Cowes Bay, Waiheke Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 2198, approved on the twenty-second day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such license to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the First Schedule hereto; and doth prescribe that the dues and rates set forth in the Second Schedule hereto shall be charged and taken by the licensee for the use of the said wharf.
