A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 15 acres 3 roods 24 perches. Being part Section No. 1. Situated in Block XXII, Mangahopai Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1613, brown.) In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109111, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of November, 1940.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :- A. R. P. Being part 0 1 2·4 Section 28 ; coloured blue. 0 0 13·2 Section 21 ; coloured yellow. Situated in Block XX, Shotover Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9162.) In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108158, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
