taken: 3·74 perches.
Part Lot 113, on Deposited Plan No. 50, of Section 17 of
the Hutt District, and part of the land contained in Certificate
of Title, Volume 418, folio 229 (Wellington Registry).
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan deposited at the offices
of the Lower Hutt Borough Council, at Lower Hutt, and
thereon coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Approximate area of the piece of land required to be
taken: 2·28 perches.
Part Lots 11 and 12, on Deposited Plan No. 1567, of
Section 25 of the Hutt District, and part of the land contained
in Certificates of Title, Volume 162, folio 104, and Volume 168,
folio 166 (Wellington Registry).
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan deposited at the offices of
the Lower Hutt Borough Council, at Lower Hutt, and
thereon coloured pink.
As witness my hand at Lower Hutt, this 8th day of

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding
publication.
