Education Reserves in North Auckland Land District for Lease
by Public Auction.
North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 19th November, 1940.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, at 2.30 o'clock p.m. on Friday, 10th January, 1941, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVES.
Onehunga Borough.—Town of Onehunga.
Subdivision of Allotments 14 and 15 of Section 46.
Lots 3 and 4: Area, 2 roods 29 perches. Upset annual rental, £5.
Lots 6 and 7: Area, 2 roods 32 perches. Upset annual rental, £9.
These sections are situated in Puka Street and Heretaunga Avenue, Onehunga, and are suitable as building-sites. Local building restrictions of 33 ft. from centre-line of Puka Street affect Lots 3 and 4. The usual services are available: a bus service is quarter of a mile away and tram-line three-quarters of a mile.
Panmure Road District.—Panmure Village.
Subdivision of Allotments 55 and 56 of Section 2.
Lot 1: Area, 1 rood 8 perches. Upset annual rental, £5.
Lot 2: Area, 1 rood 8 perches. Upset annual rental, £5.
Lot 3: Area, 1 rood 8 perches. Upset annual rental, £5.
Lot 4: Area, 1 rood 8 perches. Upset annual rental, £5.
Lot 5: Area, 1 rood. Upset annual rental, £5.
Lot 6: Area, 1 rood. Upset annual rental, £5.

These sections front Domain Road with metalled access to the Panmure-Howick bus route at Hotel corner a few yards away. The soil is volcanic in clean English grasses and the whole block is ring-fenced, part seven-wire fence and part stone wall. The sections are ideal building-sites overlooking the Panmure Domain with an unobstructed view of the Panmure Basin. Electricity and water-supply are in the immediate vicinity.
Term of lease, twenty-one years with perpetual right of renewal at revaluation.

NOTICE is hereby given that written tenders, marked on the outside “Tender” will be received at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Friday, 10th January, 1941, for a lease of the undermentioned education reserve under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVES.
Ravens Town District.—Town of Ravens.
Section 136: Area, 1 rood. Minimum annual rental, £3.
This is a good building-section situated fronting the main street of Ravens in a good locality, about 30 chains distant from the post-office. Water-supply and electricity are available.
Bay of Islands County.—Parish of Ruakaka.
Lot 3 of Allotment 153: Area, 1 acre. Minimum annual rental, £2 10s.
Lot 4 of Allotment 153: Area, 1 acre. Minimum annual rental, £2 10s.
These sections are situated fronting Pembroke Road adjoining the Moerewa Railway-station and three-quarters of a mile from the Moerewa Township. Suitable as building-sites.
Term of lease, twenty-one years with perpetual right of renewal at revaluation.
