Details : The above area has been extended to 5 miles
offshore.

Ruatoki Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to the provisions of subsection 2 of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native
Affairs hereby varies the Notice dated the 7th day of May, 1940, and published in Gazette No. 41 of the 9th day of the
same month, at pages 1036-1039, declaring the Ruatoki A Section l and other blocks to be subject to Part I of the said Act,
by substituting for the descriptions and areas in the First Schedule hereto the descriptions and areas in the Second Schedule
hereto.
