Land taken for Road in Block X, North Tuakitoto Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre l rood 30 perches. Being part Section 3.

Situated in Block X, North Tuakitoto Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. T. 247.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105950, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of November, 1940.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in the Borough of Marton.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 102 of the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty, taking land for road in the Borough of Marton, as affects the area of 2 roods 9 perches described in the Schedule thereto as being part Lot 1, Block XI, D.P. 2147, being also part Section 14, Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of November, 1940.

Leasehold Interest in Land taken for Housing Purposes in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:-

A. R. P. Being Portion of

0 0 33-8 Section 304, D.P. 1866, Patea District; coloured blue.

Situated in Block XI, Hawera Survey District. (S.O. 7868.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107893, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of November, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Hawera Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 38 perches. Being part Section 20.

Situated in Block X, Waipoua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. plan 30781.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108320, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of November, 1940.
