Land taken for a Public School in the Warkworth Town District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :-

A. R. P. Being\n1 30.04 Part Allotment 50 ; coloured red.\n0 2 7.06\n0 1 36.85 Allotment 50B ; coloured blue.\n(Mahurangi Parish.)\nSituated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District\n(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31045.)\nIn the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108594, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.\nGiven under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of November, 1940.\nR. I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a worker's dwelling and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kaikoura as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty.\nSCHEDULE.\nAPPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre O roods 4-8 perches.\nBeing Lot 3, D.P. 1182, being part Section 3, Town of Kaikoura Subdivision No. 3.\nSituated in Block XI, Mount Fyffe Survey District.\nIn the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105647, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.\nGiven under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of November, 1940.\nR.
