NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under:—

Election of Producers’ Representatives on the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee.

PURSUANT to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1940, made under the Marketing Act, 1936, and the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act, 1934, notice is hereby given that a copy of the roll of producers in the Northern Ward qualified to vote, and a copy of the roll of producers in the Southern Ward qualified to vote at the elections to be held on the fourth Wednesday in the month of November, 1940, of producers’ representatives on the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee established by the said regulations have been deposited for public inspection during ordinary office hours, for a period of seven days from the 6th day of November, 1940, at the post-offices mentioned herewith:—

Nelson .. Both Northern and Southern Ward rolls.
Wakefield .. Both Northern and Southern Ward rolls.
Motueka .. Northern Ward roll only.
Ngatimoti .. Northern Ward roll only.
Tapawera .. Southern Ward roll only.
Tadmor .. Southern Ward roll only.
