NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions in respect of applications for licenses were made on the 5th February, 1940.

Granted, for the manufacture of up to one hundred "customs built" sets per annum.

Variation made to Previous Licensing Decision.

4. An application from P. Isbester, Wellington, for a Fish Wholesaler's License which had previously been declined, was reconsidered and the decision reversed and the application granted.

5. An application from R. Alfano, Wellington, to extend the conditions of his Industrial Fishing License (previously granted for trawling in Cloudy Bay to the extent of a line drawn from Cape Campbell to Rununder Point) was granted for trawling in Cloudy Bay to the extent of a line drawn from Cape Campbell to Robin Hood Point.
