Officiating Ministers for 1940.—Notice No. 29.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908, the following names of officiating ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—
The Presbyterian Church of New Zealand.
The Reverend William George Stewart.
The Ratana Established Church of New Zealand.
Andrew Milton Rollo.
CORRIGENDUM.
The name of the Rev. Melville Harcourt Wybert, having been changed by deed-poll, the entry in the List of Officiating Ministers published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th January, 1940, page 86, under the denomination “The Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England,” should now read the Rev. Melville Harcourt.

Including Additional Land in the Waikato Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native-owned land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Waikato Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, situate in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, and known as part Allotment 228, Parish of Whangamarino, containing 23 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, and being the residue of the land in Deeds Index 2r 293.

Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed William Frew Murray Ott of the Public Trust Office, Nelson, to be the deputy of the District Public Trustee, Nelson, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause, and all previous warrants appointing any deputy of the said District Public Trustee have been revoked.
