NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, as amended by section 18 of the Mining Amendment Act, 1937, that unless sufficient cause to the contrary be shown within one month from the date hereof the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Wellington Female Printers’ Assistants Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1174, situated at Wellington, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
