SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of the Gisborne-Napier via Wairoa Main Highway, situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, County of Hawke’s Bay, fronting Lots 113, 114, 115, 116, and 117, D.P. 613, being part Block 61A, Western Side of Harbour, Blocks XII and XVI, Puketapu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106030, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

The Southern Side of Portion of Constable Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of December, 1939.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz. :—
“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the southern side of Constable Street fronting part Lot 1, D.P. 969 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Constable Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Constable Street fronting Lot 1, D.P. 969, being part Section 867, Town of Wellington. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105175, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-Eastern Side of Portion of Britannia Street, in the Borough of Petone, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of December, 1939.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Petone Borough Council on the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine (the portion of street affected by such resolution being shown coloured red on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto), viz. :—
“ That the Petone Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Britannia Street, in the Borough of Petone, fronting Lot 6, D.P. 809, Wellington Registry ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Britannia Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Petone, known as Britannia Street fronting Lot 6, D.P. 809, being part Section 5, Hutt District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103267, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Prospero Terrace, in the Borough of Mount Albert, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of December, 1939.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Mount Albert Borough Council on the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, in so far as it affects the portion and side of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
“ That the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby resolves that that portion of Prospero Terrace fronting Lots 1 and 2 of Lot 8 on D.P. 14414, of Allotment 34, Parish of Titirangi, comprised in C.T. 341/234, be exempted from the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Prospero Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Albert, known as Prospero Terrace, fronting all the land shown on D.P. 14414, being part Allotment 34, Parish of Titirangi. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104036, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
