A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mungaone Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 38·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 8 ; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

Approximate area of the piece of road closed : 35·8 perches
Adjoining or passing through Section 8 ; coloured green.

All situated in Block X, Mungaone Survey District. (S.O. 20109.)

All in the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 100736, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1939.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 0 roods 38·5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown Land, Block XXVI, and Section 1, Block XIII; coloured green.

All situated in Block XXVI, Town of Lowther (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R.705.)

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99906, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
