A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street and road the
land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the Wark-
worth Town District, and Block VII, Mahurangi Survey
District, respectively.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street :
3-4 perches.
Being Crown land; coloured yellow. (Warkworth Town
District.)

Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as
road: 17-3 perches.
Being land below mean high-water mark; coloured red.
Situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 29097.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98702, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
