Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Road in Block IV,
Horohoro Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes
of a road ; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood
17 perches.
Being portion of Tuporo 1A Block.
Situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 29140.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97155,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
February, 1939.

every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to
be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
Land : 2 acres 21·8 perches.
Being Lot 21, D.P. 1116, being part Section 33.
Situated in Block II, Teviot Survey District (Borough of
Roxburgh) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 922 Tn.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101813,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of

declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown
land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 2 roods.
Being portion of Railway land in Proclamation No. 3237
(formerly part Section 4).
Situated in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District (Mount
Maunganui Town District) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29946).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101736,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks III and VII,
Otanake Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Te Kuiti-
New Plymouth State Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road
desired to be constructed over Blocks III and VII, Otanake
Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Te Kuiti-New
Plymouth State Highway—shall be that defined and set
forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
Commencing at a point (marked “ 1 mile ”) on public road
through Pukenui 2D 7B 6C 2L 2 Block, such point being the
termination of the middle-line of a road defined in New
Zealand Gazette No. 2 of the 20th January, 1938, page 50,
and proceeding thence in a southerly and westerly direction
generally for a distance of approximately two miles and
passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—
viz., Pukenui 2D 7B 6C 2L 2, 2H 1A 2, and 2H 1C Blocks ; Lot
6, D.P. 16496, being Pukenui 2H 1B Block; Pukenui 2H
2 Block; Lot 5, D.P. 16496, being part Pukenui 2W 1 Block ;
Pukenui 2F 2 Block; Lot 1, D.P. 14321, being parts
Pukenui 2F 2 and 2F 3A Blocks; Pukenui 2F 1 Block; Part
Section 1, Block VII, Otanake Survey District, and term-
inating at a point (marked “ 3 miles ”) on public road
adjoining the said Section 1; all being situated in Blocks
III and VII, Otanake Survey District; including all ad-
joining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks,
lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland
Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 101900, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day
of February, 1939.
