Prohibition of Use of Radio by Ships in Harbour.

IN terms of Regulation 92 of the Radio Regulations 1932, made under the authority of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, notice is hereby given that the use of radio by ship-stations in harbour is prohibited and that the provisions of Radio Regulation 92 shall be in force until further notification.

The words “in harbour” mean within any harbour or roadstead in New Zealand or within three miles of any such harbour or roadstead.

Any owner or master who fails to observe the provisions of Radio Regulation 92 is liable to a fine not exceeding £1,000.
