Land taken for the Purposes of a Native School in Block I,
Hokianga Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Native school ;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the fourth day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-nine.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
2 0 32 Moetangi B No. 2 No. 2b No. 1 Block ;
coloured yellow.
2 2 12·7 Matihetihe No. 1b No. 2d Block ; coloured
red.

Situated in Block I, Hokianga Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 30023s.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
102840, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
August, 1939.

Te Tumu Survey District.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Native school ;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the fourth day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-nine.

Being portion of Papamoa No. 2, Section 2b, No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 30140s.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102889,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
August, 1939.

proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Native
school ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the fourth day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
August, 1939.

VII, X, and XI, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga
County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of
the Borough of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter
mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the fourth day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 7 acres
0 roods 19 perches.
Being Whareroa 2e 6a Block.

Situated in Blocks VI, VII, X, and XI, Tauranga Survey
District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29180.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97357,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
August, 1939.
