NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme
Court dated the 4th day of August, 1939, confirming
the reduction of capital of the above-named company from
one hundred and sixty-five thousand one hundred and fifty
pounds (£165,150) to one hundred and thirty-two thousand
nine hundred and forty-five pounds (£132,945), and the
minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the
capital of the company as altered the several particulars
required by the above Statute was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on the 9th day of August, 1939.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the company
held on 7th August, 1939, it was resolved :—
“ That the company go into voluntary liquidation
forthwith, and that Mr. R. P. TABLEY, Public Accountant,
of Hastings, be, and is hereby appointed liquidator.”

matter of BORINGS LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given under section 232 of the Companies
Act, 1933, that a general meeting of the above-named
company will be held at No. 308 New Zealand Insurance
Building, Queen Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 30th
day of August, 1939, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having
an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in
which the winding up has been conducted, and the property
of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation
that may be given by the liquidator.

CHANGE OF NAME.
I, ARTHUR ELLIS, heretofore called and known by the
name of ARTHUR ADCOCK, of the City of Auckland in
the Dominion of New Zealand, Factory Hand, hereby give
notice that on the 10th day of August, 1939, I formally and
absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use
of my said name of Arthur Adcock and then assumed and
adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatso-
ever to use and subscribe the name of Arthur Ellis instead
of the said name of Arthur Adcock.
And I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the
10th day of August, 1939, duly executed and attested and
enrolled at the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand
at Auckland, on the 10th day of August, 1939, I formally and
absolutely renounced and abandoned the said name of Arthur
Adcock and declared that I had assumed and adopted and
intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use
and subscribe the name of Arthur Ellis instead of Arthur
Adcock and so as to be at all times thereafter called, known,
and described by the name of Arthur Ellis exclusively.

(Auckland Registry).
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter
of K.D.V. BOXES, LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Auckland.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for confirming
the reduction of the capital of the above company
from £150,000 to £56,670, was, on the 26th day of June, 1939,
presented to the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland,
and is now pending; and that by an order dated the 27th
day of June, 1939, an inquiry was directed as to the debts,
claims, and liabilities of the said company as on the 26th day
of June, 1939. A list of the persons admitted to have been
creditors of the company for debts, claims, and liabilities to
which the said inquiry extends on the 26th day of June, 1939,
may be inspected at the offices of the company at number
23 McDonald Street, Morningside, in the City of Auckland,
or at the office of G. P. Finlay, Solicitor, Gifford’s Building,
corner of High Street and Vulcan Lane, Auckland, at any
time during usual business hours on payment of a charge of
one shilling.
Any person who claims to have been on the said 26th day
of June, 1939, and still to be, a creditor of the company in
respect of any such debt, claim, or liability, and who is not
entered on the said list and claims to be so entered, must, on
or before the 28th day of July, 1939, send in his name, address,
and description, and the particulars of his claim, and the name
and address of his solicitor (if any), to the undersigned at
Gifford’s Building, corner of High Street and Vulcan Lane,
Auckland, or, in default thereof, he will be precluded from
objecting to the proposed reduction of capital.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of members
of M. and M. A. Alcorn, Limited (in liquidation), will
be held at 22 Grey Street, Wellington, on Monday, 28th August,
1939, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the liquidator’s
statement showing how the winding up has been conducted
and the property of the company has been disposed of.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors.
THE above company by resolution signed in its minute-
book and dated 9th August, 1939, passed the following
resolutions :—
“ (a) That the company cannot by reason of its
liabilities continue its business and that it is
advisable to wind up and that the company
be wound up voluntarily.
“ (b) That Mr. R. Y. COLLINS, of Wellington, be, and
he is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.”
A meeting of creditors of the above company will be held
at Room 514, Prudential Building, Wellington, on Friday,
the 18th August, 1939, at 11 a.m.
Business—To receive full statement of the company’s
position.
Nominate a liquidator.
Appoint a committee of inspection.
