EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of mortgage number 171811, of Section 9, Block II, Maketu Survey District, being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 631, folio 117 (Auckland Registry), whereof CLAUDE ROBERTS, of Te Puke, Farmer, is the registered mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with a request for the issue of a provisional memorandum of mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional memorandum of mortgage accordingly on the expiration of fourteen days from the 10th day of August, 1939.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company by resolution passed on the 2nd day of August, 1939, went into voluntary liquidation and appointed the undersigned as liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Prove.

The liquidator of Worth’s Limited, which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 31st August, 1939, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
