A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the Borough of Ashburton described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 rood 5 perches.
Being Lot 29, D.P. 3869, being part Rural Section 4904 (Borough of Ashburton). (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102208, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1939.

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Town of Collingwood, Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of August, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for police purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for hospital purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for police purposes to a reserve for hospital purposes.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 26 perches, more or less, being portions of Sections 50, 51, 52, Town of Collingwood, bounded, towards the north-east and south-east by public street, and toward the west by other portions of Sections 50, 51, 52, aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/8/54A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 11 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less, being Lots 19, 20, and 21, Block IV, Village of Drummond (D.P. 276), and being also part Section 156, Block IV, Oreti Hundred. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1062A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Wallace County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of August, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is part of a reserve for gravel and other public purposes, and is vested in the Wallace County Council, in trust, for a gravel-pit, and subject to the right of the public to take gravel therefrom:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Wallace County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Wallace County Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
