A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Coromandel Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 30 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 21, part Moehau No. 4 Block and part Old Land Claim 32.

Situated in Block II, Coromandel Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29692.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101053, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1939.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Quarry in Block IV, Turanganui Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a quarry; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 34.6 perches.
Being closed road adjoining Kaiti Nos. 269 and 272 Blocks.
Situated in Block IV, Turanganui Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1595, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102729, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1939.
