Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
Pursuant to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, William Lee Martin, acting for the Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land, defined as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 4th day of August, 1939.
SCHEDULE.
Rongotea District Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
All that area of land lying within the County of Manawatu and commencing at Tangimoana on the Rangitikei River and thence continuing along Tangimoana Road to meet Rosina Road; thence continuing along this latter road to the junction of this road with the Foxton-Sanson Main Highway; thence continuing along the said main highway to the junction of Milner's Line; thence continuing along the left-hand side of Milner's Line to the Township of Glen Oroua; thence from this point continuing along Sanson's Line in a northerly direction to meet Kaimatarau Road; thence from this point continuing along Kaimatarau Road in an easterly direction to meet the Oroua River; thence continuing along the western bank of the said river to meet the boundary-line of the Halcombe-Makino Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area at the Borough of Feilding; thence continuing in a westerly direction along the southern boundary-line of the Halcombe-Makino Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area to meet the Rangitikei River and county boundary at Section 141, Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District; thence from this point continuing down the eastern side of the Rangitikei River to the original point of commencement at Tangimoana.
