SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Leach Street, fronting Section 1531, Town of New Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103477, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged yellow.

Portion of Oxford Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of July, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council, on the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the south-eastern side of Oxford Street in the said City of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on part Lot 6, Block XIII, Township of Forbury, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured red to its centre-line ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Oxford Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Oxford Street, fronting part Lot 6, Block XIII, D.P. 8, Township of Forbury, being part Sections 35 and 36, Block VII, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103554, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Lemon Street, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Lemon Street to which Section 1568, New Plymouth, has frontage ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Lemon Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.

Portion of Cornwall Street, in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine (the portion of street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto and being coloured red on the plan mentioned therein), viz.:
“ The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that street or portion of street known as Cornwall Street adjoining part C.T. 105/88, being part Lot 2, D.P. 9445, part R.S. 311 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Cornwall Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Cornwall Street, fronting part Lot 2, D.P. 9445, being part Rural Section 311. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103657, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
