Land taken for the Purposes of Electrical Works (Electric Switch House) in the City of Nelson.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of electrical works (electric switch house), and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2·2 perches. Being portion of Section 215, City of Nelson (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9080.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102965, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a State highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 2 roods.
Being portion of Section 3.

Situated in Block XII, Maungaharuru Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102730, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1939.

Being portion of Murimotu 3B No. 2 Block.

Situated in Blocks XII, Karioi, and IX, Moawhango Survey Districts. (S.O. 3317.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101625, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1939.
