NOTICE is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court to be holden on Monday, the 7th day of August, 1939, or as soon thereafter as application may be heard, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from administration of the said estates:-

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a Provisional Memorandum of Mortgage No. 216924, in the name of MURIEL CECILIA KELLEHER, of Wellington, Widow, as mortgagee over all that parcel of land containing 1 rood 34·7 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Section 39, Karori District, and being also part of Lot 15 on Deposited Plan No. 1022, and being also all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 391, folio 167 (Wellington Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said Memorandum of Mortgage I hereby give notice that I will issue the Provisional Memorandum of Mortgage as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 144, folio 280 (Canterbury Registry), for an undivided moiety in Rural Sections 23684 and 23686, situate in Block VII, Wakanui Survey District, whereof THOMAS PAGE, of Ashburton, Farmer (now deceased), is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
