Officers of the Crown authorized to act under Section 7 of the Native Plants Protection Act, 1934.

Wellington, 12th July, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section seven of the Native Plants Protection Act, 1934, I, William Lee Martin, for the Minister charged with the administration of the said Act, do hereby authorize the officers of the Crown named in the Schedule hereto to request the name and address of any person reasonably suspected of having committed an offence against section four of the said Act, and to request any such person to deliver up any protected native plant found in his or her possession.
