LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of occupation license, with right of purchase, number 1943, entered in Register-book, Vol. 108, folio 181 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land being Section 2, Block IX, Omapere Survey District, whereof JOHN EDWARD FLOOD, of Utakura Valley, Settler, is the registered proprietor having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a provisional license in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional license accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 2nd day of February, 1939.
