Manufacture of Cigarette-papers.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from W. D. and H. O. Wills (New Zealand), Ltd., Wellington, for a license to manufacture cigarette-papers. Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing, so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 11th July, 1939.

Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licenses under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Retail Sale of Motor-spirit.

I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—

(1) Newton King, Ltd., for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit from one petrol pump to be installed inside a garage in Grey Street, Gisborne.

(2) E. Gothing, for permission to move three petrol pumps from the kerbside in the Main Road, Upper Hutt, to a new position on the corner of Wilson Street and the Main Road, thereby providing a drive-through service station.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing, so as to reach the undersigned not later than 13th July, 1939. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same, and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold, and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.
