A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

The Leasehold Interest in Land in Block V, Drury Survey District, taken for Road and Mental Hospital Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the First Schedule hereto (held by Alexander McRobbie, of Buckland, farmer, under an unregistered deed of lease dated the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, from his Majesty the King for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto (held by the said Alexander McRobbie under the said unregistered deed of lease) is hereby taken for mental hospital purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Paeroa-Pokeno Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point marked 5 miles 17 chains on the south-western boundary of Lot 8, D.P. 5103, being part Tahanui Block, Block VII, Waihou Survey District, being the point of termination of the middle-line proclaimed by Proclamation dated 22nd December, 1937, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1938, page 2, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 6 miles 12 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz.—Lot 2, D.P. 10975, being part Tahanui Block; Awaiti No. 2c 1 Block; Kaikahu No. 4 Block (D.P. 5011); Lots 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 13375, being parts Kaikahu No. 3 Block; Section 9, Block VII, Waihou Survey District; Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 12553, being parts Kaikahu No. 1b 2 Block; other part Kaikahu No. 1b 2 Block; Makumaku No. 5a 2d 4a Block; Section 62, Block VI, Waihou Survey District; Makumaku No. 5a 2d 4b 2 Block; parts Makumaku Nos. 5b 2, 5b 3, and 5c 2b Blocks; Section 65, Block VI, Waihou Survey District; part Makumaku No. 3b Block; Sections 4, 3, and 11 of Block V, and Sections 4 and 3 of Block I, Township of Kerepeehi; Tiritiri No. 8b 2 Block; parts Tiritiri Nos. 2b 1a and 2a 2 Blocks; Lot 2, D.P. 16468, being part Tiritiri No. 2a 2 Block; Tiritiri Nos. 7b 6b, 7b 6d 3a, 7b 6d 3b 1, 7b 6d 3b 2a, 7b 6d 3b 2b, 6a 1 and 6a 3 Blocks; Waipapa Block; Kopuraruwai Nos. 3b 2d 2b 2, 3b 2d 2a, 3b 2a, 3c 4a, 3c 4b, 3c 3, 3c 5b, 1b 2b, 1b 2a, and 1b 1a Blocks; Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 10634, being parts Horahia-Opou Nos. 1 and 2a Blocks; Horahia-Opou No. 2b 2 Block; and Sections 19 and 20, Block II, and part Section 24, Block I, Waihou Survey District; and terminating at a point marked 11 miles 29 chains on the western boundary of the said part Section 24; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all situated in Blocks I, II, VI, and VII, Waihou Survey District, in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103515, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
