Land taken for the Purposes of a Roadman’s Cottage in Block IV, Mata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a roadman’s cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 12·2 perches.
Being portion of Ngamoe A 5 Block.
Situated in Block IV, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1584, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101112, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1939.

Land taken for Street Purposes at Fairlie Terrace in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0·45 perches.
Being portion of Lot 17, Block V, D.P. 1185, being part Section 28, Karori District.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 3315.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102426, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of June, 1939.
