A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1·55 perches.
Being portion of Section 13, Watts Peninsula (D.P. 1808, part Sewer Reserve).
Situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20246.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102720, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of June, 1939.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 3 roods 34·4 perches.
Being portion of Section 7a.
Situated in Block IV, Maketu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29642.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102594, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
