GREEN STAR TAXI AND BUS COMPANY, LIMITED.
CREDITORS' VOLUNTARY WINDING UP.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of the GREEN STAR TAXI AND BUS COMPANY,
LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary
resolution was passed by the members of the company
on the 20th day of May, 1939:-
"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up
the same, and that accordingly the company be wound
up voluntarily."
At a meeting of creditors of the company held on the 29th
day of May, 1939, it was resolved that FRANCIS PRIDEAUX,
of Whakatane, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above
company, held on the 1st day of June, 1939, the
following extraordinary resolution was passed:-
"It is hereby resolved that it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot by reason of its
liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable
to wind up the same, and that WALTER VICTOR MADDEN,
of Masterton, Public Accountant, be appointed
liquidator."
Notice is hereby given that any person, firms, or corporations having any claims against the above company are
hereby required on or before the 20th June, 1939, to lodge
proof of same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the final meeting of shareholders of the above company will be held at 10 a.m.
and the final meeting of creditors at 10.15 a.m. on Monday,
the 26th June, 1939, at the office of the liquidator, Grey
Building, Courthouse Lane, Auckland.
Business-To receive liquidator's report and accounts
and to approve an application to the Court to strike the
company off the Register.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between EDWARD RICHARD DAMPNEY and
ARTHUR FRANCIS DAMPNEY, carrying on business at Eskdale
and Ormondville, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
as Sheepfarmers, under the style of "Dampney Bros." has
been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of
March, 1938.
As from the said 31st day of March, 1938, the said Edward
Richard Dampney will carry on business on his own account
at Eskdale, and as from the same date the said Arthur Francis
Dampney will carry on business on his own account at
Ormondville.

NOTICE is hereby given that a final meeting of the
creditors of the company will be held in the offices of
Messrs. Barnett and Barnett, Public Accountants, Featherston
Chambers, corner of Brandon and Featherston Streets,
Wellington, C. 1, on Friday, the 23rd day of June, 1939, at
4 p.m., for the purpose of having the liquidator's accounts
laid before the meeting and for the purpose of directing the
liquidator as to the disposal of the books and papers of the
company.
