THE BOARD OF TRADE (PRICE-INVESTIGATION)
REGULATIONS 1939.
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations
Act, 1936, of the making of the above-entitled regulations
under the above-entitled Act.
Serial number : 1939/62.
Date of enactment : 2nd day of June, 1939.
Copies can be purchased at the Government Printing and
Stationery Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington. Price for cash
with order 3d., plus postage 1d. extra. Prices for quantities
supplied on application. Copies may be ordered by quoting
above serial number.

Advisory Board under Section 3 of the Board of Trade
Amendment Act, 1923, appointed.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
PURSUANT to section three of the Board of Trade
Amendment Act, 1923, I, George Vere Arundell,
Viscount Galway, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, do hereby appoint
William John Hunter, of Christchurch, a Judge of the
Court of Arbitration, and
Henry Leslie Wise, of Wellington, Civil Servant,
to be members of the Advisory Board constituted under the
said section three to hold office during my pleasure.
Given in Executive Council, this 2nd day of June, 1939.
