NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Albert Thomas Roy Jamieson, and Charles Shelley, both of Auckland, Furriers, carrying on business as furriers at Nos. 116/117, Colonial Mutual Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, under the style or firm of “C. Shelley,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 14th day of January, 1939.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 19th day of December, 1938, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-mentioned company from £3,010 to £2,150, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above Statute was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 22nd day of December, 1938.
