LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional memorandum of lease in the name of DAVID DONALD McLEAN, of Ore Ore, Raetihi, Farmer, for all that parcel of land containing 400 acres, more or less, being Section 5, Block I, Ngamatea Survey District, and being a portion of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 299, folio 177, and all the land comprised in memorandum of lease No. 17236, Wellington Registry, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said memorandum of lease, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional memorandum of lease as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of memorandum of lease No. 6287, from THE OTAGO HARBOUR BOARD to JOHN WILLIAM TINKER, GEORGE TINKER, HENRY TINKER, ARTHUR TINKER, and ROBERT TINKER, all of Dunedin, carrying on business there in partnership as the Dunedin and Suburban Coal Company, registered against part Section 11, Block LXIV, Deposited Plan 863, Town of Dunedin, being part of the Otago Harbour Board Endowment and being part of the land in certificate of title, Register-book Vol. 186, folio 100 (Otago Registry), and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
