Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks V, II, and I, Belmont Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Porirua-Titahi Bay Main Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks V, II, and I, Belmont Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Porirua-Titahi Bay Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of deviation defined on the plan marked P.W.D. 102989, referred to in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the existing Porirua-Titahi Bay Main Highway opposite Lot 1, D.P. 8266, Block V, Belmont Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 16·3 chains and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., part section 62, Porirua District, Block V, Belmont Survey District; Kenepuru No. 2c Block, Block II, Belmont Survey District; part Kenepuru No. 1a Block (D.P. 10574); and part Kenepuru No. 1a Block, Block I, Belmont Survey District; and terminating at a point on the said Porirua-Titahi Bay Main Highway opposite part Kenepuru 5a 2a 2 Block, Block I, Belmont Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the Wellington Land District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102989, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Porirua Stream shall be altered or diverted as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 102989, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 3 perches.
Being portion of Section 10.
Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9101.)

SCHEDULE.

Being part Lot 5, D.P. 2624, being part Section 3, Porirua District.
