New Zealand Government Railways.—Scales of Charges.
IN pursuance of all powers and authorities enabling me under the
Government Railways Act, 1926, and its amendments, and of
all other powers enabling me in this behalf, I, Mark Fagan, acting
for and on behalf of the Minister of Railways, do hereby amend the
two notices issued by the Minister of Railways on the 13th day of
April, 1939, and published on pages 947 and 1089 of the Supplement
dated the 19th day of April, 1939, to the New Zealand Gazette of the
13th day of April, 1939, as amended by the notice issued by the said
Minister of Railways on the 27th day of April, 1939, and published
in a Supplement dated the 28th day of April, 1939, to the New
Zealand Gazette of the 27th day of April, 1939, by omitting from
each of such notices the date therein prescribed for the coming into
operation of the scales of charges, conditions, and regulations to
which the said notices apply and for the revocation of the previous
scales, conditions, and charges, namely, the 1st day of June, 1939,
and by substituting therefor the following date, that is to say, the
1st day of July, 1939.
