NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between RICHARD HENRY NEESON HERBERT, LESLIE PEARSON HERBERT, GORDON HODGSON HERBERT, and JOHN ROBINSON HERBERT, carrying on business at Rotongaro in the Provincial District of Auckland, as Farmers, under the style or firm of "Herbert Bros." has been dissolved as from the 27th day of October, 1937.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between HENRY ALFRED ATKINSON and GEORGE HENRY WARR carrying on business at 72 Dixon Street, Wellington, as Electrical Engineers and Electrical Manufacturers under the style or firm of “Atkinson and Warr” has been dissolved as from the 6th day of May, 1939.
All debts due to the partnership must be paid to Henry Alfred Atkinson at 72 Dixon Street, and all claims against the partnership must likewise be rendered to the said Henry Alfred Atkinson at the same address.

EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

Notice under the Public Works Act, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school, the following land--namely, all that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing four (4) acres two (2) roods eight (8) perches, more or less, being portion of the blocks situated in Block XII of the Piako Survey District, called Ngarua No. 1B No. 3B and Ngarua No. 1B 3A No. 1.

A plan of the land is deposited in the post-office at Kaihere and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.

All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.
