IN Gazette No. 27 of 27th April, 1939, at page 1221 in Classification of Roads in Patea County, for the words “Kahoroa Main Highway No. 44” read “Kaharoa Main Highway No. 44,” for the words “Mangawapou Road” read “Manawapou Road,” for the words “Wairoa Road” read “Wainoa Road,” and for the words “Paerewa Road” read “Parewa Road.”

ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 32 of 11th May, 1939, page 1442, in the Order in Council cancelling the reservation over part of a Reserve in Picton Suburban, Linkwater Survey District, Marlborough Land District, for “preparation of roads” read “reparation of roads.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Huiroa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 2·6 perches.
Being portion of part Section 10, Manganui District (E.R.); coloured purple.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—

A. R. P.
0 2 9·4 Adjoining or passing through Part Section 3, and railway land; coloured green.
0 2 15·7 Railway land; coloured green.

All situated in Block XIII, Huiroa Survey District. (S.O. 7686.)

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101230, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of May, 1939.
