Regulations respecting the Blue Ensign of H.M. Fleet (Naval Reserve Flag).

KING'S REGULATIONS AND ADMIRALTY INSTRUCTIONS (ARTICLE 126).

WITH reference to clause 1 (b) of the above regulations, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 51, dated 29th July, 1926, the number of reservists who must form part of the crew in order that a ship may be eligible to fly the Blue Ensign will, for the year 1939, be nine.
