New Zealand Government Railways.β€”General Scale of Charges.

IN pursuance of all powers and authorities enabling me
under the Government Railways Act, 1926, and its
amendments, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf,
I, Daniel Giles Sullivan, Minister of Railways, do hereby amend
the two notices issued by me on the 13th day of April, 1939,
and published on pages 947 and 1089 of the Supplement dated
19th April, 1939, to the New Zealand Gazette of 13th April, 1939,
by omitting from each such notice the date therein prescribed
for the coming into operation of the scales of charges, conditions,
and regulations to which the said notices apply and for the
revocation of the previous scales, conditions, and charges,
namely, the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-nine, and by substituting for such date in each case the
following date, that is to say, the first day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-nine.

As witness my hand, this 27th day of April, 1939.
