IN the Schedule to the Proclamation dated 22nd March, 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 20 of the 30th March, 1939, page 750, taking land for the purposes of a road in Blocks I and IV, Westmere Survey District, and Block XV, Nukumaru Survey District, Waitotara County, for the description of the area of 2 roods 27·1 perches read “Lot 2 of Section 2s, Matamua Settlement” in lieu of “Lot 3 of Section 2s, Matamua Settlement”.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Rangiriri Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
