  1. Through Booking of Artificial Manures from Hornby to Picton Section.
    Artificial manures as described in Regulation 86, paragraphs 1 and 6, General Scale of Charges, booked through from Hornby to stations Elevation to Wharanui inclusive via Lyttelton and Picton will be charged at the following through rates for conveyance by rail and steamer, including wharfages and handling charges to and from ship :—
