Delivery of Goods and Minimum Charges—North Island Main Line and Branches.
Goods specified in subparagraph (b) hereof, with the exceptions stated therein and with the further exceptions specified in subparagraph (a) hereof, consigned as under, will be delivered by the Department within the limits of the areas which it may from time to time determine in that behalf:—

(a) Aeroplanes. Show exhibits.
Agricultural machinery set up. Side shows.
Boats. Theatrical luggage and scenery.
Contractor’s plant. Vats, creamery and freezing.
Empty tanks. Vehicles.
Glass, plate. Any package over 20 ft. in length or
