Aramoho, St. John's or Wanganui Wellington .. Class C, n.o.s., except meat, frozen or chilled, for export Class D.
Any station, North Island Main Line and Branches Pipes, steel, spiral or lock-bar, and fittings for same, loaded in bogie wagons Class D. Minimum quantity, 4 tons. Any less quantity will be charged at such minimum or at Class C on actual weight without the charge for a runner, whichever is the cheaper.
Wanganui Aramoho Junction Coal .. .. .. .. 2s. 9d. per ton. Minimum load as per Reg. 79, General Scale of Charges.
Wellington Sheep-skins, calf-skins, hides, tallow, tails, horns, horse-hair, wool (in bags), n.o.s. 33s. per ton, including the charge for conveyance over the Castlecliff Railway Co.'s line.
Sheep-skins, calf-skins, hides, tallow, tails, horns, horse-hair, wool (in bags) 37s. 6d. per ton, including cartage to rail at Wanganui from within the area as determined by the Department in that behalf.
Castelcliff Railway Co.'s private railway Petone .. Tallow .. .. .. .. 35s. 9d. per ton.
Aramoho .. Artificial manures and raw materials (except lime) for the manufacture of artificial manures 2s. 4d. per ton. Minimum quantity, 6 tons per four-wheeled wagon.
Feilding, Aorangi, Taonui, Bunnythorpe, and Ter-race End Wellington { Class C, n.o.s. .. .. 46s. 9d. per ton.
Class D, n.o.s. .. .. 45s. per ton.
Bunnythorpe .. Wellington { Glaxo and milk-powder, packed 30s. 3d. per ton.
Aorangi.. Wellington Glucose D, packed .. Class D.
Hides and sheep-skins 33s. per ton.
Classes C and D, n.o.s. .. 45s. per ton.
Bacon, packed .. .. 35s. 6d. per ton.
Classes C, D, E, and E plus 50 per cent., also empty returns (explosives excepted). Owner's risk £6 per four-wheeled wagon containing not more than 8 tons. Any weight in excess of 8 tons per four-wheeled wagon will be charged at the rate of 15s. per ton. Owners to load and unload. Quantities of less than 5 tons per four-wheeled wagon will be charged for at the rate of 22s. per ton. Small lots pro rata. Minimum charge, ls. ld. Minimum, tenfour-wheeled wagons per week from Palmerston North to Wellington and/or Wellington to Palmerston North. Participation in this rate is subject to the conclusion of a special agreement with the Department.
