132. Dargaville Wharf.
Rates.
The following wharfage rates will be charged on goods passing over the wharf :—

The Department may require the owners of goods to find all labour for landing or shipping goods. On all goods not otherwise provided for, for which the Department finds labour, 1s. 7d. per ton will be charged for landing or shipping. The working-hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week-days. No ship shall discharge or take in cargo at any other times without the authority of the Wharfinger upon written notice given by the ship's officer or agent.
The captain or agent of each vessel must supply the Wharfinger with a correct copy of the vessel's manifest prior to discharging any cargo.
For the purpose of this regulation a day shall be deemed to be from midnight on one day until midnight on the following day.
133. Helensville Wharf.
