ALL that street, situated in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Motueka, fronting parts Section 189, Motueka Original District, and part Lot 14, and Lots 15, 16, and 17, D.P. 1513, being portions of Section 188, Motueka Original District, Block III, Motueka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101453, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Fraser Street, in the Borough of Tauranga, of a Width less than 66 ft. but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of March, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Tauranga Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto, of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, shown on Plan P.W.D. 102627, mentioned in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street, or on Lot 11, shown on such plan, within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Auckland Land District, Borough of Tauranga, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 4·1 perches, more or less, being portion of Allotment 30, Section 2, Town of Tauranga. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102627, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Brooklyn Valley Road, in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of March, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council (the portion of road affected by such resolution being coloured red on the plan mentioned in the Schedule hereto), viz. :—
“ The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads of the Waimea County, by resolution passed this tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the road on the north side of part Section 3, N.R., Motueka Original, Block III, Motueka Survey District, and coloured red on plan ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Brooklyn Valley Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Brooklyn Valley Road, fronting part Section 3, Native Reserve, Motueka Original, Block III, Motueka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102449, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Watts Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of March, 1939.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of portion of Watts Road, abutting on parts of Section 27, North-east Valley District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western sides of the portions of Watts Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty-three feet six inches from the centre-lines of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western sides of all those portions of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Watts Road, fronting parts Section 27, North-east Valley District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102616, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
