IN accordance with the provisions of the Water Supply Amendment Act, 1913, I hereby notify that the Waimate County Council has duly appointed ARTHUR WILLIAM BARNETT, Farmer, Morven, as a member of the Lower Waihao Water Race Managing Ratepayers Committee to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of JOHN GEORGE RUDDENKLAU.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Ao-Tea-Roa Gold Prospecting Company, Limited, held at Christchurch, on the 28th day of February, 1939, the following extraordinary resolution was submitted and passed :-

"That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily."

APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING RATEPAYER, MOROA WATER-RACE.

NOTICE is hereby given that Roy Donald, Featherston, Farmer, has been appointed a managing ratepayer of the Moroa Water-race in place of ARTHUR TOCKER, deceased.

EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

Notice under the Public Works Act, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school the following land, namely-

All that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing 10 acres 9Β·1 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Cambridge, being Allotments 278, 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 446, 447, and 448, Town of Cambridge East.

A plan of the land is deposited in the post-office at Cambridge and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.

All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.

TROCADERO LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of TROCADERO LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that by means of entry in the company's minute-book, signed by or on behalf of every member of the company, the following special resolution was passed by virtue of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, under date the 14th March, 1939:-

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that MR. DUDLEY REGINALD PORTER, Public Accountant, of Wellington, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

Notice to Creditors to Prove.

The liquidator of Trocadero Limited, which is being wound up voluntarily hereby fixes the 31st day of March, 1939, as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims.
